To celebrate America's 250th birthday, all MidSouth EC offices will be closing 2 hours and 50 minutes early (2:10 pm) on Thursday, July 2.
MidSouth payment systems will be unavailable beginning on Tuesday, December 30th at 10 p.m. until Thursday, January 1st at 12 p.m. for yearly scheduled maintenance.
Our outage map and reporting system is currently unavailable due to system maintenance. To report service interruption, please call (936) 825-5100 and request to speak with a member service representative.
System maintenance is scheduled for Wednesday, October 15 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. During this time the member portal and all payment systems including self-service kiosks will be unavailable.
All MidSouth EC offices will be closed Thursday, October 16.
