Winter weather is expected this weekend and will last several days. MidSouth EC encourages members to take time to prepare their homes for below-freezing temperatures.
- Wrap all exterior pipes with insulated foam sleeves from your local hardware store
- Winterize your irrigation system by turning off the system, draining water and insulating any above ground components
- Bring any pets or plants indoors— if it’s too cold outside for you, it’s too cold for them
